The Data Management Hub is crucial to the operations of TibaSalama, overseeing the setup, operation, and maintenance of the web-based monitoring system. Initially, this unit configures and implements the system, selecting and customizing software as needed. It also ensures the maintenance and management of all data for pregnant mothers and children aged 0-5 years, maintaining the integrity and security of this data.
Priority is given to user training and engagement, especially for Community Health Workers (CHWs), who are the collectors and providers of these door-to-door services at the community level, sending data to this department for input into our system for record-keeping.
The company conducts regular performance audits to monitor compliance with service level agreements, with continuous improvement driven by user feedback from both the government and development partners.
