OPEN MON - FRI (08:00 AM to 04:30 PM))

The TibaSalama Digital Health App will utilize a specialized system called “e-Health Mom” to identify, collect, analyze, record, track, and monitor the health of pregnant women from conception to delivery, as well as their children up to the age of 5 years. The “e-Health Mom” system will collaborate with Community Health Workers (CHWs) who will live within the relevant communities, ensuring personalized coordination with health centers at the ward, street, or village levels, as well as with local leadership. This will enhance the efficiency and ease of implementing the program and the e-Health Mom system.

CHWs will be responsible for entering data into the e-Health Mom system as soon as they receive initial information about the pregnant woman as part of the first step in the implementation of the #3D MODEL number one. The goal is to maintain crucial records throughout the entire journey of the pregnant mother and her child up to the age of 5. This data helps in identifying existing health challenges and coordinating the mother’s entire journey to ensure her safety by making sure she receives essential healthcare services at health centers on time.

The e-Health Mom system will feature several buttons:

  • Green Button: Represents the early stages of pregnancy and triggers early action.
  • Red Button: Indicates that delivery is approaching, signaling the need for close monitoring and prompt action.

This status will alert that the mother requires urgent and close assistance wherever she is. TibaSalama will take responsibility for providing the necessary referrals to save her life and the life of the unborn child. TibaSalama plans to integrate the e-Health Mom system with the government system to ensure alignment with national health strategies and to receive governmental support and advice, aiming for positive outcomes throughout its implementation
