Maternal and Child Health Data Tracking Program

The “Maternal and Child Health Data Tracking Program” aims to monitor the health of pregnant women and children (aged 0-5 years) in rural areas using a web-based monitoring system (WMS) and trained Community Health Workers (CHWs). Through the TibaSalama Digital Health App (TS-DHA), CHWs collect crucial information daily, ensuring the continuous monitoring of pregnant mothers and newborns. This data is then inputted into the WMS for comprehensive processing, providing insights into the reproductive journey from pregnancy to the child’s fifth year. The program facilitates access to reliable data for government and development partners, addressing challenges faced by pregnant mothers and infants and serving as a bridge to improve overall maternal and child health outcomes.
